ACCOMMODATIONS, PRODUCTION AREA AND SPICE STORAGE

  • In order to build a stable and loyal workforce as well as create good conditions for long-term employees, we invested and built accommodations for managers and staff.
  • At company dormitory, we have dedicated space for manufacturing and processing food serving for industrial catering such as spring rolls, Vietnamese pork sausage, roasted pork, jellies and smoothies,etc. All of them are processed following Hoa Mai’s control procedure from raw material import stage to processing stage, which ensure quality without any food additive. In addition, we ensure food safety and hygiene based on HACCP Standard.
  • We have a spice storage area to ensure that enough to supply for all kitchens. Further more, we are active in product sources as well as controlling product origin and reasonable cost so as to serve clients.
  • In addition, we have built 2 backup kitchens in Thuan An, Binh Duong province and District 7, Ho Chi Minh City for any unforeseen circumstances.
  • We have implemented a standard cold storage system to preserve ingredient with strict standard in order to guarantee the highest quality.
